Snug as a Bug Giveaway Hop!

Welcome to the Snug as a Bug Giveaway Hop, hosted by the Blogging Mamas Network. With the cooler weather coming strong, I’ve joined with over 40 other bloggers to bring you great products to keep your baby snug as a bug! Each blogger participating has a great Baby/Toddler Prize Package for you to win, worth at least $25, so after you enter mine, be sure to hop around to all the others in the linky!  Don’t forget to enter to win one of the GREAT GRAND PRIZES for the Event as well, including a Beco Baby Carrier, Kowalli, and The First Years Feeding Prize Pack!

I absolutely LOVE the theme of this giveaway! Let me explain why.  My two little boys are special. Not special in the awwww so cute way you're thinking (although they are adorable), they are special in the sense that they do not require sleep. Just two days ago, both of my boys decided that 3:30am was a perfectly good time to wake up in the morning. Yes, just perfect. They woke up at the same time even though they were sleeping in separate rooms! How is this possible? I am convinced the must be communicating via ESP, it's really the only logical explanation. My boys were horrible sleepers from the start though, so I don't expect much now. I remember keeping a sleep journal when my oldest was a newborn, I had gotten up up 19 times that night...sigh. Needless to say, I was (and still am) always looking for the best night-time and nap time solutions for my little ones. One thing that seemed to calm them when they were infants was swaddling. They loved to be snuggled up all cozy.  So our bedtime routine has always been bath, book, and bed.  For this giveaway, I decided to share my favorites with our readers! A crib size Flight and Pattern 100% cotton flannel blanket, a CJ's BUTTer Lullaby Baby lotion sample to keep that little cloth diaper bum extra soft and hydrated at night, and a copy of Goodnight Moon so your baby can be tucked in with a wonderful classic story. If your baby doesn't snuggle to asleep with these things than you might as well ask a vampire to bite your neck so that you can become immortal and not need the sleep anymore. Even my boys fall asleep when they are clean, loved and read to, as well as cozy with a blanket. One lucky reader will will all three prizes valued at $35! Good luck and may the sleep fairy be with you...or better yet, your kids!
